I agree with him on 42 days, indeed I don't think 28 days is acceptable either, let alone Guantanamo, but the way to correct it is to improve the morality and efficiency of our corrupt police force and to punish the media for irresponsibility.

Well I do find it odd that whilst I totally agree with Davis that we should not lock up innocent people for 42 days, he seems to find it quite acceptable to murder innocent people in the name of society.

You could agree with him on the basic issue but see whether you could get him to do something about the fact that the POLICE are in fact the CRIMINALS in society.
