Anyway, I'm staying in bed and that's that!
It hasn't affected my need for food though so I just had an amazing brunch - Welsh Rarebit made with delicious mature Stilton, topped with lean bacon and a poached egg, sprinkled with Worchestershire Sauce.

Jolly good comfort food.

Achoo.

Lunch was slices of delectable Iberico ham, fresh carved yesterday in Harrods, with buttered new potatoes and fresh green salad.

Then I dozed fitfully, sweating profusely and heavily dosed with paracetemol.
And echinacia.

Hot mug of Earl Grey tea with chocolate biscuits.
Steaming, long bath.

Dinner will be a simple avocado pear vinaigrette and a large Clamato Juice.

Early night after the football (I rather hope Russia wins).

I don't think you have a cold at all. You just wanted to spoil yourself with rich food and couldn't think of any excuse !
