Anyone who reads these will know quite how big a task I have taken on for tommorrow and I have spent all day pre-cooking the whole fare , which hopefully will be in the garden , if the weather man is correct.

I have a line of barbecues laid out, which will be cool enough to keep food warm and not burn it.

Here is your menu.(wassa matter ?hungry and not coming??lol)

Popcorn deep fried dogfish.

Garlic Curry. (90 cloves in the end, exhaustive..)

Peeled broad bean and coriander salad. (also exhaustive, please , please peel these things, the skin is the only bitter part that people hate)

Lamb meat balls and spicy tomato sauce.

Indian "drumsticks"* with pearl barley and tamarind water.

Blackened smoked paprika and yoghurt chicken.

Mushrooms with garlic and bayleaf oil.

40 handmade samosas of different fillings.

Potato with lentils and fenugreek.

Mattur Paneer (easy, my signature dish)

Morel mushroom and spinach rice.(could not get fresh morels, dry are fine though, actually a little bit stronger)

I will make all the breads tommorrow etc.

Either way, quite a spread I think!
I hope this is inspirational to you cooks, any recipes available on request, and there also is a photo of the garlic curry for people that cannot believe any word about this wonderful and subtle dish.

*Even my good friend Ahmed does not know what to do with these!lol

I'm officially changing the name of your signature dish to Marttur Paneer.
