Sadly that's a bit like my hope for a Russia/Turkey final where we all know it will be Federer/Nadal...

but great games for both Mario and Andy.

Murray has me to think for his win tonight .. sort of.

Each time I settled down to watch him he began making nervous errors, so I put him off for a while. On returning to the game I found that he'd made a come back, but as I watched he made errors again. So I repeated the process. Saw he was ahead in the final set and, to avoid any disasters, I went and did something else.

Where's my commission cheque?

Hi JK.

My eyes may have been playing tricks, but when the BBC went to Court No 18 for the end of the Ancic match, the camera panned over to the left hand side of the court and I thought I saw you in the middle of the fans clapping.

You were wearing a light shirt and a baseball cap. Am I right or is it a JK lookalike.

Not me Mike.
But I see that a M.Willis is highly seeded in the Boys contest there!

It must have been my eyes playing tricks.

Yes it seems I had a tough three setter yesterday winning 11-9 in the final set. Unfortunately about 20 years too late for me, Marcus Willis is not a relative either, so can't claim any winnings on the back of any future success.

Been to Wimbledon twice in 89 and 94. Had the pleasure of seeing McEnroe and Becker play there and Graf in the doubles with Sabatini.

Will plan to go hopefully next year.
