Homer Simpson Euro-coin 15 Years, 9 Months ago
"MADRID (Reuters) - A one euro coin has turned up in Spain bearing the face of cartoon couch potato Homer Simpson instead of that of the country's king, a sweetshop owner told Reuters on Friday."

I want one

Love it Zoo; I want one too.

Just checking my Euros but since they were all France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland, I fear I won't have one.

A swiss Euro would be even rarer than the Simpson ones.

I like that DJ - you put it in a very tactful yet pointed way!

Coming to think of it I noticed no lack of Euros in Switzerland. Is it because I paid for everything with a credit card or do they accept Euros?

I`ve come back and discovered I have 28 euros in change.
How annoying is that?
As the Euro in France is very near the value of the pound now, it has made me think a bit on the subject, that said, some shops around here do accept them and one of the taxi companies does as well.
