Hilarious article in the Guardian for Kenny's movie which I never saw.
He was one of my best friends in the 60s and 70s and we got together for a long lunch (5 hours) just before he died; I'm off to buy the DVD now. Great Bank Holiday entertainment.
Due to stupid and stifling copyright/royalties rules, the full shows have never been released on DVD. What is available on DVD are really cut-down clips and many clips are totally missing. Look at the silly price the full programs on old VHS tapes get on eBay.
