Leg of lamb steaks, tender, pink and lightly fried in olive oil with mint sauce, crisp roast potatoes, tomatoes and a chilled glass of Pouilly Fume.

Perfect BH fair.
I'm going to spend half my life in
Romania from next month,and the Lamb there is very natural and tasty.Just hope the mint is easy to come by.
