So good to see the cocky little Bastard more commonly known as Amir Khan flattened to his arse over the weekend!

...and from the comments on this video, I'm not the only happy one!

He's an arrogant, ego-centric chav.
I can't beleive the sport of boxing is still going in 21st century. No wonder we have a violent society if we have a sport where the object is to beat the hell out of another person.

No. I don't know much about the guy, JK, but he seems OK from what I've seen of him.

Lets be honest, most boxers come across as cocky. It's all part of the game.

I think the fact that he was giving it "the big i am" before he actually fought sommeone with pedigree has something to do with the hatred towards him. He's had easy hand picked fights from the start. Look at his last opponent Gomez. Well past his best. Just another British boxer beaten when there's no more credible bums left.

I have see him interviewed by Paul O'Grady two or three times and he comes across as a very likeable young guy.

He's obviously quite intelligent but he's also humble as well, which is very refreshing - he adopts a very different persona to the one that he uses in the boxing ring, which is as it should be.

I'm sure that he will recover from this little set-back and become a better fighter because of it.

Little setback? His career is pretty much over now. Where does he go from here? A fight with Alex Arthur? He's in a potentially irreversible situation.
