This young kid who has been jailed for 2 years for downloading instructions - for god's sake, we must stop jailing people for curiosity.

If they make a bomb, jail them.

If they use one, definitely jail them.

But thinking about it? We have really crossed that line.

Cant believe we are now locking up POLITICAL PRISONERS at 16 years old.

This young lad needed talking to - help not a prison cell and a court case.

We are meant to be civilised.

This has created REAL terrorists.

Soon it will become a crime to watch certain films or read certain books.

I see an uncanny similarity between Gordon Brown's UK and the Germany of a bloke called HITLER.

Most people I speak to totally agree as well.

We are a fascist state in all but name.

unnotoiced but reported except on about page 20 of the Washington Post.

In a new government bill George W. Bush has inserted a clause that proclaims his "war on terror" is a permanent war until the very last "terrorist" is caught. The definition of "terrorist" is left to the government-whether's it's one dissident in the Mozambique or a group in London.

This essentially makes the president a permanent "war president" ie: above all law !. The law becomes whatever the president decides it is.

Will Democrats vote against this bill with an election in November and take the risk of being seen to be "soft on terrorism" as McCain implies ?

Step forward the Anti-Christ : Sarah Palin-Ruler Of The World !
