The Great Taxpayer Robbery 15 Years, 6 Months ago
Today the nurses and teachers and roadsweepers of the UK will be robbed by a man that was not elected Prime Minister and their hard earned money will go to the Financial Grandees of the City of London to pay for things like their

This is all a big big con - but I wouldn't worry too much.
Banks are still making money hand over fist in real terms, and the govt will do what they want with taxpayers money anyway - all these "big" banks like HBOS, LTSB & Barclays simply represent the "acceptable public face" of banking, an industry which does indeed have a license to print money and to which the 'High Street Banks' (and even other commercial banks like Coutts) are not the real people people paying their traders millions in bonuses - the main banks are the likes that you or me will never have access to, they aren't "commercial" in the true sense of the word and their "investment trades" will never be made public or even understood as the very fabric of society would be threatended by the facts

Coutts are owned by RBS !! LOL and are part of the problem.

The FTSE is now falling all day - so though there was an artificial bounce this morning now the real investors are continuing to SELL SELL SELL.

BROWN is missing the bigger picture. The banks are in trouble because the whole economy is in trouble. It is like replacing the front tyre on a car when the engine has blown up !!!

The taxpayer debt is going to rocket to ICELANDIC levels if we are not careful

All this and yet, the Barclaycard statement last week here, still arrived with a "balance transfer" cheque in the envelope.
I`m tempted to write it out to myself and see if they honour it!

Rather than constantly bleat about the current financial situation, why not come up with answer?

The answer is very easy.

"Dont spend what you dont have."

And I defy anyone to say it is anymore complex.

I have said it before and so here it is again

£1.2 TRILLION was robbed last year ( See this thread )

Now the CITY OF LONDON has taken that money and we the TAXPAYERS will be paying for this with increased taxation and rises in energy - food - transport for the next 5 years.

Many TAXPAYERS have paid with their JOBS. Possibly a MILION of them.

The BANKS have acted in an OBSCENE way.

BROWN THE CLOWN allowed this to happen. Everyone warned him last year and he did not listen. The man knows NOTHING about economy and he wanted to make grand gestures.

We MUST NOW STAND TOGETHER AGAINST THE BANKERS and AGAINST THE CUTS.
