That was blackmail to get the BILL through - playing in the fears of the HIT TV SERIES "JERICHO" which has become very popular in the USA - anyone watched it over here ? I have seen a couple of episodes and it is good.

I cant see Martial Law happening unles a major nuclear attack hit the USA - and the same with the UK. Unless we are taken over by a Dictator !!!
