Mobile Phones and Grief... 18 Years, 7 Months ago
|
|
I had my phone stolen, and was not unduely worried as I enjoyed the silence, and I had my sim-card blocked within one hour, and lost no money whatoever, and they sent me new card, which I put in my old phone.
The older model is suffering a bit, and so I need to replace it.
I am quite happy to pay for an upgrade, but I am told that I cannot, without, getting a new contract for a different mobile, although I still have to see out the contract on the other one.
Utterley ridiculous.
Has anyone else tried to buy a mobile, without buying a contract? No wonder I have had two stolen in as many years.
Theft caused by frustration of lack of retail ability.
Absolutely mad!
