Hi, ive been convicted of sex assault because i pleaded guilty; that was a mistake because of the pressure and the amount of mountains of molehills made in the witness statement, is it sexual assault if you kiss a girl on the cheek?

Im now appealing based on the equivocal plea, i spent a short but intimidating time in prison on remand, The allegation was inflated and exagerrated with police coercion, this happens(i touched her bottom as a prolonged touch) untrue, all the time just to try make sure a conviction.

everything is taken as fact when a woman makes an allegation, just because '"shes upset" must make it true! Uk is totally PC and out of proportion, now because of groups like common purpose. check that sinister org out on you tube.

The sex offender register is over the top. the requirements are ridiculous, the stigma is huge, nobody trusts you anymore if you ever find out. Many of the people making the allegations are psychologically disturbed and that's a fact - the police rarely take account of this unless they're registered as mentally ill on medication.
