Cable strikes me as a man of great integrity. It's a shame he didn't succeed Ming as i believe he'd have done a much better job than Clegg.

It seems the LibDems fell for the old 'style over substance' bollox.

The measures Brown is taking to combat the recession, save the banks, etc. were Vince Cable's ideas originally. He also spoke a great deal of sense when he was on Question Time. I voted Lib Dem at the last election, but purely because they were the only party to make a definate promise to protect our civil rights.

I am not generally a Lib Dem, and Nick Clegg does not impress me at all. Too much like Cameron who is too much like Blair. If Vince Cable was to become Lib Dem leader, they'd be more likely to get my vote again.

I voted Lib Dem at the last general election because they were the only party to condemn our mass murder of innocent Arabs from the start.

I think the West is currently getting its just desserts.
