BBC World Service...... 15 Years, 6 Months ago  
..as reminded me by the Times Magazine this morning, despite going on their website, I cannot find what frequency it is on.

Has anyone got a clue? I can`t find it at all!

I could be wrong, Mart, but as the raison d'etre of World Service is broadcasting abroad, I don't think there is an available frequency specifically for the UK. The last time I listened on analogue radio, many years ago, it was on short wave.

It is available crystal clear on digital radio though. Just scroll through the channels.

I don`t like travelling with a DAB, but I could not get it in France either on LW or SW.
Well, there is no Empire anymore, so I will probably live without it!

For Western Europe I believe it's on Medium Wave 648kHz

The rest of the world on SW but no idea of the frequency.
