They are safe ( according to the Police ) and are a deterrent in situations such as confronting violent people.

Therefore I believe we will all be safer if we carry one of these ( just in case we meet a mugger or knife wielding assassin )

I do suggest that when you talk to your local coucillor or MP you mention this - especially for people who live in remote RURAL situations a TAZER could be the difference between getting away from a burglar or ending up dead.

And REMEMBER they are totally safe according to the POLICE because they only STUN. So they must be legal and we should all get one.

Have done some googling and sadly they can be unsafe if not used properly. One Polish man at an airport was tasered to death by the Canadian police because he could not understand English......

I see them as a good alternative to knives and real guns for citizens who want to use proportionate force if confronted by an intruder. Several criminals have been killed in such situations - and using a taser gun would have saved their lives. Therefore I can see TASER stores becoming very popular.

I take it you need to be OVER 18 to own a taser - but after that because it is not a lethal weapon it must be possible for anyone to own one because it is safe and proven to be safe by trials by the Police. As far as I know no one has died during its use by 10 police forces so it must be a very good deterrent.

What annoys me is that we can find the money to buy silly toy guns like this - and we are putting ourselves in debt.
