Simple British Justice? 15 Years, 5 Months ago
Breaking news on the BBC is that the Coroner in the de Menezes case has directed the jury that they will not be "allowed to return a verdict of Unlawful Killing". Would it be fair to say, then, that the legal precedent has now been set that no matter how gung ho a gun-toting British Bobby gets his actions must always be considered above the law? Surely this direction must implicitly carry the message that the actions of the police at Stockwell were indeed within the law. Why, then, go to the trouble of staging an inquest at which the jury would have their hands tied?

I served on a Coroner court Jury for a few days in the 90s and the law is complex.

I cant understand how the verdict can be LAWFUL if the coroner has already said that it cant be ruled UNLAWFUL because it infringes the rights of the Polioe.

The verdict will be an Open Verdict ( of that I am sure ) because a Coroner will never want to over-rule the Police.

This is how the UK is run - I think people are just waking up to how bad our justice system actually is.

I would like to see the POLICE who shot him on trial. I would like them to at least face CONSPIRING TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE charges for "making up" their statements ( The other witnesses and CCTV show that they lied about what happened )

If these POLICE had been CIVILIANS then they would be in jail now serving life sentences - not least because of their untruths and attempts to hide the evidence.

Our GOVERNMENT and POLICE are now "above the law" the laws only apply to the rest of us - and if necessary allegations are enough for the rest of us to be convicted or arrested or tried.

The sooner BROWN is kicked out of Parliament the better - but the Tories need to reform all these loopholes and make the POLICE accountable like ordinary citizens.

The UK justice system has one rule for our GOVERNMENT and POLICE - and then all opposition parties and us are basically terror suspects or paedos or worse.

FUHRER BROWN and his BLACKSHIRTED POLICE are mopping up the resistance with a last round of raids and threats in the House of Commons - having successfully arrested all those attached to the following :

Peace Protesters ( many arrested and beaten up - see Indy Media )
Countryside Alliance ( Totally beaten up in parliament sq and leaders like young Mr Ferry are now in prison on trumped up allegations )
Fuel Protest Leaders ( Found their houses searched illegally and threatened by security forces )
Fathers For Justice ( likewise threatened and arrested for protests )
Conservative Party ( leading members arrested - offices searched and belongings taken )
Lib Dems ( leading councillors accross the UK arrested on various offences )
BNP ( leadership itself arrested on racism charges )
Blair Supporters within Labour ( Lord Levy arrested - and Blairs chief of staff - offices ransacked )

The common factor in all these arrests.......GORDON BROWN.

Wake up and smell the coffee people. We are living in very dangerous times - how many more need to be arrested and fitted up before you stand up for demorcary !!!
