Jackboot Jacqui is not happy !!!!

Anyone innocent on the database should now sue the "illegal actions" of the UK POLICE STATE.

Thank God for this judgement by 17 JUDGES.

One has to ask WHY the UK system is so corrupt.

Following this decision, I bet members of the government will again be calling for the Act to be scrapped. Anything that gets in their way must be abolished.

And Paul Dacre will again condemn the "wretched" Human Rights Acts...

It is so easy to condemn freedom and so difficult to defend it, as the Jews and Gays discovered 60 years ago.

The Home Office has already set up a "contingency planning group"

I wonder if they will suggest that everybody who is arrested from now on be charged as a matter of course, then charges can be dropped later if there is no case to answer. This way they can retain the information on their database.

Al - the ruling was about 2 guys who HAD been charged but were aquitted in one case and the case discontinued in the other.

So charging makes no difference since 2004.

Appalling that anyone investigated is prsumed GUILTY under our current system.

The PUBLIC are just waking up. The MEDIA has hidden all of this. We have sleepwalked into a Big Brother state.

SMITH must respect this ruling and destroy the DNA opf all innocent people on her STATE DATABASE of people who oppose New Labour. Large numbers on there are PROTESTERS who have never comitted any offence.

So the latest JACQUI SMITH announcement is that CRIMINALS dont have their DNA recorded. It is just the innocent in their millions. Whereas if you are a murderer in prison or a rapist then your DNA might not be on the database ?

This shows that the LIE of using DNA to fight crime - many cases may have been solved by taking the DNA from convicted murderers etc. Rather more likely that taking DNA from 12 year old kids who have got drunk or kicked a football through a window.

SMITH is still ignoring the RULING and has not yet given a date on which she will REMOVE THE DNA from the database of everyone who is innocent. That should start with those who have not been charged - and then move on to those who have been aquitted in the courts.

In future DNA should only be taken when someone has been convicted. Not at time or arrest or when charged. The taking of DNA implies guilt in my view and unless their are operational reasons to take it ( eg to match it with DNA at a crime scene ) it should not be taken.

I believe along with ID cards this is the MUST WIN BATTLE against the FASCIST state that is being built in the UK.

PS V for Vendetta is on BBC 2 on Saturday night at 10.25p.m.
