Totally shocking and disgusts me more than the arrest did.

If anyone says to me that we dont live in a Police State then I will point them firmly in the direction of this announcement - made on Christmas Eve to try and disassociate it from any political row. Shocking and shows that the Police are working in league with Labour against the opposition party. No more proof needed.

although this raid and arrest was unjustified and a disgrace..I actually agree with the video taping of arrests and inteviews now although why was this done covertly ?

I agree completely - recording an arrest and interview seems to protect everybody.

But a covert operation like this ( which is non admissable in court ) seems to be very very strange.
