As far as I am concerned BIOMETRIC DATA = THE MARK OF THE BEAST ( as in the New Testament - Book of Revelation ) and I believe that it is inherently evil and that GOD warned us against this in the Bible.

A good time for sophisticated criminal gangs to now work on how to create new fingerprints and circumvent our chip when it's implanted.

As for "high tech crime"..there are now a reported 20 sophisticated UK gangs with a turnover of over 40 billion pounds annually. That horse has bolted.

Not so long ago a TV reporter managed to get a fake biometric ID card which perfectly matched the government's fool-proof designs. The point being made was that the system could be beaten by "criminals" who are always one step ahead.

In the 1970's it was called "Future Shock"..:blink:a syndrome that modern man suffers from. The idea that one day every building will be built, all roads repaired, all crime solved etc etc...instead of reality..that we go through a continuing change.

I don;t know what these schemes are really about..perhaps it's just a way of government handing over millions to favoured corporations to introuduce something than will be circumvented anyway.

The internet has shown us that it's a wonderful tool that makes our lives easier yet opens up a whole new way of crime.

And whatever "foolproof" system is introduced..there are a thousand teens out there sitting in their bedrooms and working a way to get around it.

Future Shock ! yes remember that.

We are in that position now.
