For those that read earlier , I had my phone stolen, and they would not replace it, saying it was not insured..
Heres the finally, in script format..
Me: Ive had my phone stolen and I keep ringing you to beg you to replace it, and you wont even sell me one.
Call Centre: Are you due an upgrade sir?
Me: You have told me I am not, but can you just not help me out, with a phone as I have my sim card in an old one that does not work.
CC:I`m sorry sir could you say that again?
Me:My PHONE WAS STOLEN AND I WANT A NEW ONE!
CC:Is your phone faulty sir?
Me: errrm yes it is!
CC: I will arrange for a new one to be sent out right away..

Aesops moral..Your mobile is never stolen, it is just faulty....
