Parents have had enough of New Labour's failure. The UK education system is a wreck. Held together by exams that have been dumbed down so far that to pass the SATS and GCSEs requires very little compared to past exams.

Many of the Academies are down the bottom of the league tables having had millions of pounds spent on them.

The best teachers have left the system in the last 10 years leaving behind a dumbed down teaching force of mainly female form fillers. Inspirational teaching is consigned to history. Discipline is maintained by having the POLICE in many schools and CCTV cameras.

How did New Labour destroy the education system of the UK in such a short time ?

Some schools are having to "steal" from their building budgets (capital budget) to get text books and computer equipment, such is the lack of funds for such things.
