Further evidence of how FALSE ALLEGATIONS actually effect those who are subject to them.
Someone can be arrested on the "Say So" of an alleger with NO EVIDENCE at all.
Then this ALLEGATION remains on the National Police Computer as a FACT for 10 Years ( according to the Nazi ACPO - see article )
This effectively means that person is banned from any jobs that require a CRB or Enhanced CRB check. So 80% of public service jobs - all jobs which include children or care for adults - all jobs which have any financial aspect.
This is JUDGEMENT BY POLICE COMPUTER.
Those of you who still refuse to believe in a POLICE STATE - consider this.
The POLICE now arrest you and effectively sentence you with no evidence : to 10 years of not being able to work in possibly 50% of all jobs.
This is the way in which INNOCENT people are being targeted by the POLICE>
I have HARD EVIDENCE that people working within the POLICE are targeting POLITICAL and OTHER targets to basically undermine them in this very way. At last the situation has been revealed by the MAIL.
The POLICE STATE is here and this particular SCAM is one of their main weapons.
If someone is not convicted of any crime then it should be their HUMAN RIGHT to be removed from the Police National Computer immediately within 6 months of any allegation.
At the moment FALSE ALLEGATIONS are a growing problem and anyone who wants to ruin someone elses life can MAKE AN ALLEGATION knowing that they can ruin that person's job prospects for 10 years ( even if they have never met the person )
This is the reality of BROWN's POLICE STATE Britain.
It also devalues the CRB CHECKS - because most Paedophiles are not on these records - because they work in powerful positions of Government and Police and Social Services. CRB checks are designed as a POLITICAL TOOL for the POLICE to control the opposition to the Nazi Regime now holding power in the UK.
BROWN is destroying the economy bit by bit - yet he is being allowed to get away with it - why ? where is the opposition ? they are under the jackboot. Possibly half the Opposition parties have been arrested for False allegations ?? Who knows .......
