"GLOBAL" 15 Years, 3 Months ago
New Labour spinmasters have decided this week is the week of the word "GLOBAL"

All their friends have been asked to PEPPER every news report and interview with the word.

It is an attempt to disassociate the recession with Brown.

So if you hear a particularly BAD attempt at this please let us know.

I will start with one.

NEWS 24 : The CORUS worldwide jobs loss is "GLOBAL" according to the New Labour BBC presenter. Guffaw !!!
You could not make it up - they are so "on message"

So if you spot Brown or anyone else mention the word let us know.

Yesterday Brown made a short interview and said the word FIFTEEN TIMES in less than 5 minutes.........

Priceless

Obama just said it as well AAAAAAAGH !!!!

Today has been a day in which BROWN has :

1. asked Barclays to write a letter saying things are great

2. made a speech saying things are great

3. seen the Stock Market go up on the back of this

The REAL BACKDROP has been

1. 2,500 jobs go at CORUS

2. Profits drops at the biggest construction company massively

3. Barrats go into admin

4. Land of Leather close loads of stores

5. Pro Cook close 18 stores

6. 1 in 10 employers say they will make redundancies.

So who is right :

BROWN says it is all ok and the silly billies in the market ( those who believe every word he says ) pump more money in. Also the treasury probably pumped in loads of cash today to try and bolster his speech

The REAL FIGURES say the UK ecomomy is crashing around our ears. Thousands face next Christmas on Jobseekers allowance.

BROWN is spinning like mad but today is what is known as an INDIAN SUMMER ( Corus pun )

Tomorrow shares will continue their downward trend and more companies will go under.

Until BROWN goes the UK is hurtling towards bankruptacy because no amount of SPIN can hide the real situation.
