TOPIC: Robinho rape
#40228
Robinho rape 15 Years, 3 Months ago
The sad thing about the false allegations industry is that any thinking person now believes all rape and sex allegations, especially against celebrities, are probably lies and quite possibly provoked by a publicist with cash in their eyes.

It is quite possible some allegations could be true but don't we all go... "wealthy footballer, girl in club, oh yeah, we know what this is about..."

And wonder how much who got paid for the front page story?

another obvious ridiculous allegation......

it seems to be part of being a famous person in the UK

the more famous someone is the more likely this is to happen

remember the Man Utd Christmas Party allegation in 2007

even Stevie Gerrard is currently on bail....

The Police are chasing people with jobs and with money.

It may be a media thing - but I have a feeling that these very brain dead POLICE actually find this sort of things a real feather in their cap. To see if they can arrest famous people.

Pete Doherty has not been arrested for ages !!! or anyone to do with Amy Winehouse !!!

The focus is now on football players !!!

Unfortunately, people are associated this situation, with his weeks AOL in Brazil and assuming that he ran away from the problem.

Of course absolute rubbish, he spat his dummy out when Man City didn't sign Kaka and went home to Brazil, came back when he realised he may be in breach of contract. Not the sign of a guilty man is it returning home.

Apparantly it happened in the VIP area of the club which can have to 800 people there. Even the Sun are treating this one with more caution than before.

It's an unnamed student who has made the allegation, who may have contacted a familiar publicist for advice. Probably has taken out an expensive student loan.

No wonder Kaka decided to forget moving to the UK. These things don't seem to happen abroad, so it says much about our media. But JK has been shouting this from the rooftops for nine years now. Perhaps eventually people will start to listen.

Ok, everyone is jumping to the conclusion here that because he is rich than the accusation is false and just an attempt to make money from a story. This is probably true.

However if the story had no grounding whatsoever then the girl could be in serious trouble (like the Hamilton's accusers). It may be that Robinho is so highly paid that his ego is massive and a kick back from a girl might not have gone down very well with his ego. He may then have taken the matter into his own hands.

I don't think it's true that the law is prejudiced against celebrities. How many times did Pete Doherty get arrested without going to prison? How many footballers have got away with speeding or traffic offences because they gave some ridiculous excuse about been chased by paparazzi or whatever (David Beckham, Alex Ferguson). Many celebrities have avoided jail, where mere mortals would not have been treated to leniently (Ken Dodd, Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, Boy George in New York)
