The man had never faced a court and was innocent unless found guilty..even in death. This prosecutor is so out of order...he pronounces guilt without it ever being proved. He is a disgrace. The man's widow and family deserve justice even though he is no longer alive. Chip chip chip away....

I wonder what Sara Payne thinks about this case ?

She should at least make a statement now she is in post.

Dead people (like prison inmates) tend not to sue.

but Sara Payne said she would represent ALL victims and that surely includes Paedophiles who are victims of vigilante violence.......

The Justice System has failed because no one has faith in it anymore.

In addition the scare stories by the MEDIA ( Who conveniently forget that the majority of Child Abuse takes place in the family ) fuels the violent minority in society. Anarchy is then created by the media who then have another story to report ( such as this one )

Real abusers of children need to face real justice. They need help to stop. Sadly the current system seems to push these sad people in a direction where they can never escape or change or lead a normal life.

How can abusing a Paedophile by ruining their life actually improve the chance of them not re-offending?
For many of them they have been victims themselves when young. Surely it is time to break the cycle.

Parents are in a palpable sense of panic whenever their kids go out alone these days - they have been conditioned to view every adult as a potential paedophile unless that person is carrying a CRB check plus references as well !!! What a sad society we have created. Children no longer can feel safe anywhere. They even have CCTV in their school toilets because of the "Big Brother" state fascists who want to control every minute of peoples' lives.

The Sex Offenders Register should be seperated into categories as well to help the Police. Surely a naughty vicar who looks at a few naughty photos is not as much of a risk as a predatory rapist of young children.......the public can have no confidence in the Sex Offenders Register by its very nature because it does not reflect RISK to the public.

Our POLICE force is now populated by very thick people who believe in the nannny state principle and view everyone as a criminal. That is a bad place to start.

In years gone by we were all innocent until PROVEN guilty. That does not now exist in the UK. This is against the MAGNA CARTA and EU Law - so the POLICE are actually acting illegally - yet we let them get away with it.
