The "paedophile" witch hunt now means 1 in 4 of us now have to have CRB checks. Nearly 4 million a year are now done at £35 each cost to the person.

Our society now says all 4 out of 4 are paedophiles unless they have a piece of paper constantly updated to say they are "cleared"

This sort of reminds me of 1984.

How does the Government use this for their advantage :

1. They arrest people for an offence

2. This gets added to their records even if they are not charged

3. Effectively they have banned that person from any job that requires a CRB check ( nearly all jobs will eventually require a job )

4. The Police can therefore in league with the Government SMEAR their opponents using this system

This is a very clever method of control because everyone wants to protect children. They use fear to make us take this extreme measure.

The MEDIA are questioning it - yet they dont see how it can be used for CONTROL of the population.

I have hard evidence of how it is being used by New Labour and other interest groups to smear various groups of people.

Add to this the "show trials" of celebrities ( no evidence needed of course )

and you have our current society which is basically under the control of the jackboot.

The trick with the new fascism is that it has to be inflicted upon the population with their consent and without them even knowing - it is like fraud. If you know it is happening then you stop it.

We have been GROOMED as a population to accept these methods of control. All of us know something is not right - we all feel under pressure - but we cant quite put our finger on it.

I have a CRB check I did when they were first introduced.

I will NEVER have one again on principle. I honestly believe if more people say NO to CRB checks ( and it is very expensive ) then this very bad way of checking for paedophiles is over.

Lets be honest - the CRB check has not stopped a single paedophile. They carry on abusing regardless and most probably have a fistful of CRB checks because they have falsified their informtion to get them.

This only "works" if a "paedophile" has got previous convictions. e.g. a priest who has molested and abused dozens of boys often doesn't get prosecuted until 20 years later !

But it does "work" if a non paedophile is accused and then found not guilty. His/her CRB check will always be negative even though they were never convicted.

A dangerously flawed system, from the reasonable person's point of view - but a good method of controlling the populace from the government's point of view.

Exactly - the CRB check now includes ALLEGATIONS !!!

So if someone alleges something about you it is recorded on your CRB check - your DNA is put on the system and your fingerprints.

There are ONE MILLION people now on the Database like this.

Yet in PRISONS many of the serious criminals are not on the system.

This shows how New Labour are using it as a CONTROL mechanism. It has very little to do with crime. They are not interested in ordinary crime.

One allegation can ruin a career. Easy to smear now under New Labour. Better than any other form of control - incredible that the public have allowed this to happen.

No it doesn't.

Once you are accused of paedophilia, that is it. It sticks. Even if you are proved innocent, you will still be branded and viewed as a paedophile by some members of the public and media. Look at JK... there are sadly still many people who are convinced he is a paedophile because they read the crap about him in the papers and it's stuck. I know... I've encountered various such people and despite me arguing JK's case, they are set in their minds and nothing will convince them otherwise. Even if and when the case is thrown out by the European Court there will always be a small percentage of people who will brand JK as a paedophile. It's sad but it is true. There are a lot of narrow minded fools out there who do believe everything they read in the papers.

CRB checks show allegations and cases now.

Originally NEW LABOUR said it was only for convictions.

They changed that - you missed that.

Therefore they include CASES where the person is found innocent.

There are ONE MILLION people on the DNA database whose CRB records show this minimum - and probably 5,000 being added each week.

This Government is trying to get EVERYONE who disagrees with them onto their database.

Every single one of you who lives in the UK and has said you will vote TORY on here could now be at risk.

Those of you in denial - get up to speed. You have been lied to.

The law changed in 2004 under the guise of anti terrorists law by the way.

This government is now acting ILLEGALLY ( European Court has ruled )

In fact if the WHOLE POPULATION with-held taxes and stopped paying credit cards and fuel bill for gas and electricity WE COULD BRING THIS GOVERNMENT DOWN.

You may say "That is illegal" - but it is not illegal WHILST we have an UNELECTED PRIME MINISTER who is TAKING DNA AGAINST THE LAW RULING IN EUROPE !!!

We need to rise up - together - stop making excuses for this corrupt Government who have KILLED MILLIONS OF IRAQUIES and PROVIDED THE WEAPONS for the deaths of MILLIONS More.

Sad to say the blood of these people is on our hands - it is our fault for not standing up to our illegal Government.

It is our duty as DECENT CITIZENS to oppose these illegal laws.

Public perception is one thing. Legal restrictions are another. It used to be the case that whatever people thought about you, or said about you, if there were no actual convictions then you had no legal restrictions on your work or movements. Now even rumours are included in enhanced CRB checks. People have been turned down for jobs due to suspicions they had not even been aware of.

Even if JK is cleared and every single person in the world believes him to be innocent, his CRB check would still barr him from many jobs. Same with many other people. This was my point.
