TOPIC: I don't suppose the BBC
#40636
I don't suppose the BBC 15 Years, 2 Months ago
will demand an apology from Jeremy Clarkson? Surely calling Gordon Brown a one eyed Scottish idiot is racist? The difference here is that Clarkson hosts a BBC2 flagship programme.

The Scottish idiot part could probably be proved to be true. Not so sure about the one eye. Plus, Clarkson and Brown are the same race, so I don't think it can be classed as a racist remark.

He has only got one eye. Like a pirate. He should wear a patch and have a parrot on his shoulder for effect.

Perhaps he should make Clarkson walk the plank ?

I'm beginning to think that Clarkson will be the next high-profile BBC scalp - he is just far too outspoken and politically incorrect to harness, and it wouldn't be beyond to comment on the golliwog incident in his usual manner.

I think the BBC love the controversy of Clarkson and Ross. It keeps people talking about them, now that hardly anybody is talking about Eastenders.

They wont be laughing when the Tories get into power.

I can see most of them losing their jobs - and quite right as well.

If they want to play politics then they must be prepared to reap the whirlwind when BROWN loses the election which he almost certainly will do.

The CRED of the BBC is dead in the water.

They are the mouthpiece of this discredited Government and every day they dig a bigger hole for themselves.

May 2010 cant come quick enough. I am already counting down to the day - when we finally get to throw out the unelected Prime Minister.

I kept waiting for the next elections when the country would surely throw Blair out - but people kept re-electing him.

I'm not certain that it won't happen again, with Brown.

Apparently the paperwork regarding the Glenrothes by-election has "gone missing" after some of the results were called into question. Of course that doesn't prove anything malicious, but now there is no real way of checking the figures.

Not like you to go off the topic is it? Its not clever making crude remarks about someone with a disabillity. No matter how much you despise them.

The Scots are a race. When you get one Englishman criticise a Scotsman then it becomes racist. Let him come up to Scotland and air his views. We'll give the idiot a warm welcome.
