What is shocking is that although it was found to be fabricated this poor man has not had his conviction squashed ( for common assault ) and has not worked since 2002 because of the allegation.
It is time that anyone making a false allegation is treated as an abuser.
We need to see even handed justice.
Then it would deter those who fabricate stories for revenge.
A real victim would probably go through with a Case because they knew it was the truth.
It shows that the Police MAKE UP allegations as well and force people to plead guilty to things they have not done.
This was shown by that amazing BBC drama about the Justice System.
Our country is going down the pan at a fast rate.
There is basically a national strike taking place this week - under the excuse of snow !! because most people are too disillusioned to make any effort to travel to work.
