Police Record Retention 15 Years, 2 Months ago
www.acpo.police.uk/asp/policies/Data/Ret...20of%20Records06.pdf

I do suggest that anyone interested in Civil Liberties reads this document.

Remember ACPO are not elected - they are have NO LEGISLATIVE power.

This document sets out LEGISLATIVE function by a PRIVATE COMPANY.

Anyone on their records stays there for LIFE ( 100 years old ) even if just arrested and let go the next minute - even if a mistake.

What is very interesting is that they already have a PROFORMA letter to get rid of people who try and get their DNA removed.

This is a POLICE STATE !!

Why would ACPO spend so much time trying to protect their database - they are INTENTIONALLY trying to keep records on the INNOCENT population of the UK. Any chance they can take to arrest and take DNA they will take.

I cant believe this is happening in a supposedly free country. This has been totally hidden by the media and it is time someone looked into this.

that is a really frightening dcument BR !

I note that although they claim only police can access these records-they will consider other requests for access (with absolutely no guidelines given on who and who gives permission ie : anyone can ask and may be given)

They thank some organisatiosn for their "input"-like Justice, The Law Society and Criminal Lawyers Ass-all who would have been bitterley opposed to the retention of records.

All to "assist policing". This is outrageous as it removes the concept of a person being found innocent in a court-innocent but not in the eyes of the law !

Read up on the history of Germany-1930 to 1945.so many similarities it's frightening !

The similarities between this document and the documents issued by Hitler and his Secret Police are very scary I agree.

I cant believe that no one in the UK media or David Davis or even David Icke has not commented on this document.

It is basically a "Charter for a Police Run State" where anyone coming into contact with the Police is deemed an eternal suspect.

The most frightening aspect is that we must remember that ACPO have not been elected - they have no power to create law - yet here they are doing exactly that. Creating legislation...........

ACPO are the same organisation that are being fought by the Football League over Charges for Policing - and this HAS been picked up by some local BBC Stations - though ignored by the National BBC and their websites.

ACPO are the same organisation that wanted 42 days detention without charge.

ACPO in my view is a very dangerous and extremist organisation.

It means in my view that many of the things the UK Police actually do are in effect ILLEGAL because they have not been voted for by legislation in the House of Commons.

The POLICE are now creating their own laws - and that equals a POLICE STATE and is illegal.

I urge anybody reading this thread to read through that document. It shows with hard evidence how the UK has become a Police State and how our freedoms has been compromised.
