After the failure of your recent short lived "bounce" campaigns to re-eastablish you as a possible winner in the next election we have come up with a plan for April for a more sustained BOUNCE.

1. G20 CONFERENCE

We propose to use your hosting of the G20 conference to persuade the Public that you are indeed THE leader to get us through the crisis.

Already we have both the BBC and SKY NEWS agreeing to use at least 80% of their output for the G20 coverage during the Conference. This saturation coverage will include all your welcomes for each World Leader and all your speeches.

We have been assured that the Leader of the Opposition will not receive any time on the two news channels during this time that could take away the impact and effect of BROWN the World Leader and Broker.

2. THE OBAMA EFFECT

We suggest that between now and the G20 you limit any proposals about action on the economy. Your line to take is that you are doing everything you can.

With Obama in the UK you can use the "reflected" glory to enhance any announcements of substance which we suggest you make either in context of a G20 speech or in speeches within 7 days of the Conference.

Obama has a 75% approval rating in the USA and UK. By linking your policies to his you should be able to get more support for any policies you need to announce.

3. MET POLICE SUPPORT

Please destroy this e mail after you have read it. I am assured by the New Commissioner that the DAMIAN GREEN affair has been saved for the same period. This is important so that we can undermine the opposition during the same time that you are seen as a trustworthy World Figure. By portraying the Tories as criminals - and we can even go further with briefings about their links with Fat Cat bankers - we can undermine any Policy suggestions that they may have during this period.

Quite simply we will make them fire fight - rather than talk policy.

The Met Police have also made sure the Lords Scandal was tied up this last week and the De Menezes case was also tied up to your satisfaction with no prosecutions in either cases.

4. THE BUDGET

Thank you for getting out the early announcement for the budget taking place at the end of this campaign.

The month of April will see a sustained BROWN BOUNCE and this time because we have been planning it since the October crisis we should be in control of the agenda and therefore the media.

Our aim would be to close the gap between you and the Tories to less than 8% by the budget and then with the "Good News" that we have already discussed to hit the public with a possible May election where you should be able to bounce off the G20 back into power for another 5 years.

5. The OPPOSITION

At the moment have shown themselves to be totally unprepared for any of this. They continue to fire fight each individual "incident" that we have set for them rather than see the process behind it.

I wish to remind you that eventually we forced Tony out of office using many of the same people who are totally loyal to you and your vision. I see no reason why we should not gain a sustained comeback in April and win the next election.

Remember the G20 is your opportunity. I see no other in the next 12 months that we can hang this on.
