A former spy chief last night accused Labour of turning Britain into a 'police state' by cynically exploiting the public's fear of terrorism.

Dame Stella Rimington, the first female head of MI5, warned the Government was playing into the hands of extremists by eroding our civil liberties.

I reckon when someone like this speaks out we are in serious trouble !

She's not the first to say this (nor was BR), but the government couldn't give two hoots. They know exactly what they are doing, and mere words will not stop them.

Their aim is absolute control, exploiting anything that helps towards that.

No. The Government don't give a flying f*** about what anybody says since they're hellbent on what they're gonna do anyway and will let nothing stand in their way. There is no way anyone can sleep sound at night whilst Jackboot Jacqui continues to run riot.

However, people like Rimington deserve applause because at least she is speaking out and the media are reporting it. We need more such people to speak out. The more that do, maybe the deadly message might get across to some of the millions of apathetic idiots who are simply sitting back and allowing us to walk into a deadly trap. It's all about getting the message across.

The more who wake up, the better the chance we have to possibly divert an abominable disaster.
