Professional and smoothly executed, but disappointingly flat this year I thought. The presenters worked reasonably well - or as well as can be expected given the huge size of the auditorium - but there were very few stand-out musical moments.

The Ting Tings duet with Estelle didn't work for me and just sounded messy. Take That put on a reasonably impressive display though were clearly miming. And I just expected more from the Pet Shop Boys - a duo who've created great theatricals on stage during their live tours, yet there was no stand out moment from last night's medley of tunes. I mean, what was the point of Lady GaGa?

I recall the other year a great stage display from the Scissor Sisters that everyone was talking about the day after. I can't think of anything last night that was a "stand out moment".
