What was best was ALISTAIR CAMBELL on the BBC trying to talk up how this was a brilliant speech by BROWN.

It is hilarious to see how the BBC is working its proverbial sox off to try and keep BROWN in power.

They know that when BROWN loses they will mostly lose their jobs at the BBC because they were all appointed because they were part of the BROWN / CAMPBELL new labour spin machine.

The UNIVERSITY CHALLENGEGATE SCANDAL has reached new depths today when it has been revealed that 4 out of the last 9 winners also fielded someone who had either swapped college or left. Yet until now the BBC had waved them through without any problem.

The FACT is that the BBC is in "GET GORDON ELECTED" mode - and is against Oxford and Cambridge and against anything which suggests that New Labour has not changed the status quo in Education. The real TRUTH is that Oxford and Cambridge are now further ahead of the other Universities because they have all been dumbed down by diluting admission requirements. Oxford and Cambridge can still cherry pick whereas the others have to take all and sundry.

Gordon Brown is a very sad figure - he is totally out of touch with the public. Only his spin doctors and his media chums think he is great,.

That is the fact of the matter. The man is a disaster and it is just hilarious the fawning by his "followers" who behave like members of a religious cult blindly following their leader.....off the cliff.

not Brown's greatest fan myself, but it was a good speech, and apparently he got 18 standing ovations.

Did you watch it ? sounds as if you have just quoted from the press. This is the problem - people get fed these "Facts" when the reality was totally different. Just look at the faces of those listening in the photos behind Brown - they are bored out of their minds.

So if it was such a great speech - what did he actually say that meant something ?
