more Jacqui Smith claptrap 15 Years, 1 Month ago
That rediculous Nu Labour ratbag Jacqui Smith and the sleazy soft pornographers (Max Mosley's words) NoTW are claiming because of their Sarah's Law :

"AT least ten children have been saved from potential sex attacks ".

note: that say :"And there have been NO problems with vigilantes taking the law into their own hands."

(Never forget an innocent man was murdered after Rebeccah Wade published his address.)

Pure rubbish and claptrap. Smith needs to be called on this and made back up her claims. This is false.

It's no different than saying because you discover the man next door once stole an auto you have now saved your own car from being nicked.

This now gives credence to 'trawling'-the process by which police increasingly-against all good practice-discover a 'crime' and set out to uncover more crimes.

How long are Britons going to be allowed themselves to be led by these lying clowns in Nu Labour ?. Would David Cameron be any better ?.Judges in some US states are already beginning to overturn these idiotic 'laws' that more than likely do more harm than good.

I've watched the UK turn into a bizarre tabloid led ,fascist state over the last 10 years..I thought Maggie was bad-she was a pussycat compared to this lot.

Government by tabloid decree :"Victims Czar, Sara Payne". This is sheer madness. Putting a victim in charge of unit like this. I thought Bush was potty when he declared Laura Bush to be the Drugs Czar.

Britain now has a government led by a bunch of goons whose greatest feat to date was the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis.

and at the same time 10 children have been saved from an imaginery fantasy attack probably 100 children in that area have been abused because Police do not have the resources to protect the Children on the "at risk" register.......we know that is factual because of this week's report on Social Service provision.

JACKBOOT Jacqui joins a long list of incompetent UK Home Secretaries going back the last 30 years who have fiddled while the country has fallen apart around them.

The Home Secretary of Spin ( which is their real title ) basically does as many meaningless initiatives as possible to hide the fact that immigration and public services have fallen apart in a bureaucratic mess. In the last 10 years they have become useless.

Yet I am sure the parents of the TEN children can sleep more easily at night knowing that a Convicted Paedophile lives in their area - obviously before they knew that their 6 year olds were allowed to go out on their own shopping and clubbing and generally having a great old time. This SMITH iniative has stopped all that and forced these parents to actually look after their children ...........it really is the most laughable idea ever to come from this nutty Home Secretary.

There's no way I would defend a genuine paedophile but what Jacqui Smith is saying is utter nonsense. When this idea was first launched an American cop made a statement that it has worked well in the USA with no vigilante action - other than a few exeptions where people on their register had been attacked. (Hmm )
For Smith to say there have been no problems "so far" doesn't mean a lot. I know someone who has said they can't wait for the scheme to be applied here cos they'd love to go "do society a favour". It's already happened with the NotW fiasco, and it's only a matter of time before it happens again.

Although that's an understandable reaction that's the one this rubbish is designed to get. I'd seriously question the Yank cop's claim-it's ludicrous. US cops only talk for one state or an area. The vigilante actions have been sustained and damaging. People have lost homes, jobs etc. Innocent family members pay the price.

It's why US judges are striking down challenged laws preventing people from living in a certain place as unconsitutional and patently stupid..such as the 1000 yard rule where a person cannot live near as school. But they can live 1001 yards from the school. Mindless gobbeldy gook.

Remember..once a person has done the time..then they should be allowed to live a free and unencumbered life. Only a repeat and serial offendor needs monitoring.

These laws sweep up everyone..from the most incidental matter to the very worst.in one bag.

However-a child murderer walks free with a new identity. The Bulger case-the Mary Bell case..new identites and court orders to the media preventing them revealing details.

Personally-I worry that politicians still walk free..who voted to invade a foreign land that never hurt us, destroy the country and kill it's citizens. They are evil.

The day I hear a Jacqui Smith declare her concern for the thousands of Iraqi orphans created by her party, I'll take back my words.

Ok I'll make myself clearer. There is no way I would defend (or find excuse for) abusive action by a genuine paedophile, or by anyone. That said, I would also not defend or condone the persecution of that person once they have served their sentence.
