It is ridiculously warm up here in Liverpool lately. As I type, the windows are all wide open because it is so hot inside my flat. It is March, yet it feels like July in here. Therefore like yourself, I'm sweating a lot during sleep and wake up feeling dehydrated!
diabetes type 2 is easily controlled Jk. Don't eat too many carbohydrates on their own If you want something with high carbs include it in your meal. All carbs turn to sugar so sugar-free chocolate is a waste of time.
Try and eat more protein based foods
Have they given you that horrid metformin/glucophage ?
My friend's mum has diabetes and the doc told her not to worry as she is 69 so it isn't like she is going to die young.
