An academicc has posted research in the USA that points to a disturbing trend (although a fightback has commenced with many state laws being declared unconstitutional)

Many of the laws are reflected in the UK ..like Sarah's Law..tabloid driven psychobabble ushered in under the auspices of Jacqui Smith, a politician who not only deprives the homeless (at least one million in the UK) of funds by falsely claiming her sister's bedroom as her home-but whose husband racks up porno dvds at the taxpayers expense.

There's also an exhaustive list of people convicted after false accusations:

# An estimated 19,000 people are on US sex offender registries for behavior when they were children or adolescents — some younger than eleven years old — many of them for innocently “playing doctor” or for normal, consensual, teenage experimentation.

# Sex offenders include people whose only crime was breastfeeding their baby or urinating behind a dumpster.

# One out of every 220 adult men in the United States is a registered sex offender.

# The federal sentence for photographing a 17-year-old boy with an erection is about twice as severe as for attempting to kill him — and about four times as severe as for beating him up so badly that he accidentally dies.

Here is a case which dates back to the 90s, where an 11 year old boy was taken to court in chains for playing house with his sister. It's quite an alarming story, especially when you consider that things have grown increasingly worse since.

I'm sure it will happen here at some point. We usually adopt American policy eventually.

"The land of the free"?

20 years ago America was a worldwide respected nation.
It's only respect these days is from the barrel of a gun!
Well spotted veritas, the absurdity of american law will no doubt follow us here, driven on by a media frenzy of distorted facts.

we are now in a POLICE STATE. Today's demos provide total proof of how many police we have and how they are deployed.

When WE are victims of crime - we have to ring a phone number and Police may be sent in the next 7 days. Yet there are MORE police than ever before plus tens of thousands of the Community Officers. The question is : Where are they all ?

ONE IN EIGHT Of the working population is now on the DNA DATABASE in the UK ( 5 million ) which is terrifying because it means that within 10 years that figure will be 20 million - 50% of the Population will be on the database and accused of being a criminal.
