What is really scary about this is that the man in question is the Chairman of the Park. Yet he has been detained under the Terror Act for trying to protect the park against Police vandalism.
This shows how these Terror Laws must be repealed as soon as Cameron gets into office.
They should never be used on ordinary people going about normal daily business.
Until that happens we are in a Police State.

sadly I think you are right and BR is over-confident that the Tories will repeal laws.
This is always the great fear when restrictive laws are introduced..what will a future government do once these laws have quietly sunk into everyday use.
Pinhole cameras all round I say ! (and don't forget..you may catch a papparazzi image of the latest Jade Goody incarnation and make some money )
Citizen journaism on the net can expose everything. But that will be the next battle..government control of the internet with the aid of private enterprise. If in doubt..reagrd this..plans are afoot in Australia for News Ltd to eventually give-away copies of it's daily newspapers as the net gains advertising revenue.
