Why we must return to "Protectionism" or the economy will collapse 15 Years ago
Gordon Brown is wrong. Whilst he says that we must not help British business the Germans and French and USA have already moved towards protectionism of their industries. Italy are also following. In fact the UK Is the only country where we are not fighting for our jobs.

Today TOHSIBA closes its factory and sends the jobs to Poland ( where labour costs are lower and taxes in general are not the high rate of New Labour )

It is time to offer incentives to UK owned companies ONLY during this recession. There is nothing wrong with doing this - all the others have been doing this and their economies have dropped but no-where near as much as ours.

If BROWN continues down this road the UK will collapse completely economically. In April so far since the middle of March the High Street and Leisure industry has ground to a halt in the UK. Thousands of businesses are about to go under. Why ? because Brown has put his head in the sand and only helped the banks and foreign owned car companies. He has NOT helped ONE UK based company.

Many must be thinking that BROWN is doing this out of spite for England. It can be nothing else. He knows he will be voted out so he is trying to destroy this country. Forget green shoots. By the autumn we may all be having ration books whilst public servants cant be paid as the Government goes bankrupt on a scale that makes Iceland look tiny.

The budget was a disaster and the storm is coming. There are massive closures in the pipeline. The benefit system is not possible to maintain and foreign investnemnt has dried up completely.

BRITAIN RIP 2009. Forget the "spin" on the TV about house prices etc. you try and sell a house at the momeht or get a loan or mortgage. It is near impossible without something to underwrite it.
