For iPhoners... 15 Years ago  
My iPhone just froze.
After much online investigation I discovered the way to release it is to hold BOTH the Home and the Power buttons down at the same time for ten seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Yep, thats what they call a 'hard reset'.

Just imagine your iPhone is just a miniature Mac or PC, occasionally they need coaxing back into life again.

Talking Mac, I've just bought a brand new Mac Mini and was amazed at the speed of it!
