He gets himself accredited each year and lists this stuff on Ebay while he is out there, as soon as he grabs them at each press conference. Sadly he is one of many.
They argue it pays for their trip but do they really have the right to do this so blatantly ? I expect it pays for much more than the cost of their week away !

Those undignified scrambles for CD's by the "press" at press conferences rarely happen now. They usually turn up in your pigeon hole, or you have to hand in your card to get the rarer ones.

In general, I don't think there's anything wrong with selling the odd spare on Ebay, though I have never bothered myself. Deliberately blagging as many as you can for financial gain is another matter though.

Personally, I get accredited for the genuine love of the contest and the experience, and since you can now buy all the songs on one convenient CD package, I don't make any effort at all to obtain anything. Hey, it's not often I occupy any sort of moral high ground, though I do enjoy all the free booze and food!
