Got my legal aid solicitors changed,so at least that's one less reason to top myself;)

Had been advised on a specialist forum that this would be very hard to do.But complained to the law society about all there misdameanours.And spread it out for effect.Seems their reputation is worth the loss of a few quid.

Good luck with the case, I hope justice is done. What are the details? Were you accused of rape? Was the accusation completely unfounded or was there contact, but consensual? If you would rather not talk about it, which would be understandable.

Not hiding anything,but also trying not to clutter up this board with personal trivia.

These charges relate to a time delayed false accusation from my former stepdaughter,rape and lesser sexual allegations.These were suppossed to have happened about 9-10 years previously.
I have never been in any serious trouble with the police before,while she,even though young has a string of convictions for the likes of burglary,ABH,thrreatening behaviour etc.
I shall post the more important bits as and when they occur.But as of now still waiting for a trial date etc to be fixed.

The fact that she has previous convictions, doesn't mean that you couldn't have abused her. Why would she accuse you of rape etc for no apparent reason, or was it bitterness over a divorce. I'm only trying to put myself in the place of the jury not point any fingers.

I think we need to draw a line here on further specific details as the case needs to be concentrated on out of the public forum area.
