like yourself i too have stayed at the La Moumounia, 1960 if my mind serves me!

Anyhows..., not convinced that Marrakesh only has 2 top hotels (Es Saadi & La Moumounia).

The original trio of riads were for example as much as 400 years old and all can be considered luxurious.

I would say however that the architects Prost and Marchisio gave La Moumounia a certain esprit of the infamous Thami el-Glaoui.
