TOPIC: Vote For Change !

Vote For Change ! 14 Years, 11 Months ago
I have just had a letter personally addressed to me from the torys ! Vote for change says the slogan.... do they mean they are going to change or they want us to change ?
I am worried that the current view of politicians as thieving passengers on board the "gravy train" (even though its appears to be true) may lead to some silly voting at the elections. BNP are hoping to capitalise on this as are ukip, and even a few new parties have been formed to cash in on parliaments disgrace. BNP in my mind are (in effect) saying that we cannot have a multi racial society, I would strongly disagree with that idea.... multi racial societies can work ... the problem is multi-culturalism. Different cultures cannot co-exist in ever growing diversity, history has shown this throughout the ages.
If i wanted to convert to islam and adopt it`s ways I would leave these shores and live in an islamic country, I use Islam because I am ignorant and dont know much about religions and islam seems to be intertwined with lifestyle more than any other religion, unless you are the pope or priest etc.
If I wanted to live anywhere else in the world I would learn the language, I would not expect the host country to spend millions translating publications especially for me and I would not not set up a whippet racing club and expect to get a pint of real ale from the pub. I would adapt to fit in as best I could. I am not xenophobic I am not racist I am realist. We are predominantly a Christian country
When in Rome do as the romans do.... or dont go to rome !
