Okay I have worked in the charity sector so understand budgets...however, is the Royal British Legion taking out half page 'letter' adverts to Nick Griffin in the Saturday press, asking him not to wear a poppy (ever) again, a good use of 'our' poppy donations?

Tony Blair wore a poppy on TV and everywhere else despite inventing stories about foreign countries and then invading them killing hundreds of innocent people and also putting at risk the lives of thousands of service men and women. I guess the latter justifies the future need for the Royal British Legion, but why shouldn't Griffin wear a poppy. Surely if he did not then that would seem like some bizarre statement in itself. Everyone wears a poppy in the media - some of these turn out to be killers; rapists; abusers and so on.. Surely non-sense?
