with garlic, vinegar, honey and stock... fabulous if bizarre new "take" on sweet and sour.
Served with fresh asparagus and new potatoes.

Stir fried prawns in Thai fish sauce with peppers, chilli, and garlic. No carb whatsoever. A very strange feeling waking up with no carb in your body, I feel much faster, I can`t think of any other way to describe it.
Try putting the honey in with orange juice, that works well too.
I cannot recommend fish sauce enough, it replaces any need for stock, and it`s fast to use.
Aslan just sent me a letter from abroad, I quite envy what he is eating at the moment.
It`s an excellent year for English asparagus, the wet spring has made it brilliant.
