BBC news coverage of Jacko. 14 Years, 10 Months ago
4.20 am and they are still at it . Theres been no other news since just after midnight. They are now struggling for things to say.I see no Princess Diana outpouring of grief here. Dont even think it is anywhere close to the death of Elvis.

Diana wasn't a true star...she was just privileged by accident of birth. The Diana hysteria was in my view barking...and the less said about Jade Goody the better. I think Jackson's death says much about how shallow and stupid the British have become...the yanks are far more cultured and intelligent.

They don't brown nose anyone unless they are worthy of it.

Imagine the LA citizens pouring out on to the streets for a Big Brother contestant?

Watched the coverage on CNN, and now on Good Day LA.

A decent share of the time between Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett, although the main story is Michael Jackson. They must have interviewed almost everyone who ever knew him (or it seems that way). A good balance though, with lots of music and looks back over his life. And 11 yr old Jonathan Alvarado a local star for being the first to capture film of the ambulances arriving and got a shot of their computer screen which showed Michael Jackson's status as not breathing.
