This opens a whole new can of worms. Can objects now be accused of crime ? should we interrogate our car engines. Are we allowed to put our foot down in multi cultural areas or will we be accused of trying to kill people if we accelerate too fast ( even if keeping within the speed limit )

The POLICE in the UK are OUT OF THEIR TINY TINY MINDS and are using the law to prosecute people they dont like.

This man should appeal and should get massive compensation otherwise our country is not only a POLICE STATE but a LAUGHING STOCK OF A POLICE STATE.

You obviously haven't lived near someone who sits revving their car engine for hours on end. I used to and it's very distressing over a long period of time. We had 8 months of it until he sold the bloody car and thankfully got something less noisy.

I'm not quite sure how it was a racist noise but blame that on legislation not the people who have to enforce it when required.
