G20 Protests : Still No Police charged 14 Years, 10 Months ago
www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1196150...ing-G20-tactics.html

Still no charges against any police despite CCTV and Post Mortems showing that one man died and many others were brutally attacked.

Funny how the Police seem not to be able to charge anyone when they actually have REAL EVIDENCE in their hands.

Just goes to prove that the POLICE are not subject to the same laws as the rest of us.

Thugs and Criminals in uniform. That is what the Police have shown themselves to be.

check this out-a pic of a policeman weilding his truncheon at the G20 protests...not unusual but look at the writing on his jacket :

I keep saying-by not nipping this behaviour in the bud police authorities are setting up their own police for some calamity that will engulf them.

We have 2 dead people now under outrageous situations-Jean de Charles de Menezes blasted to death with no-one charged and Ian Tomlinson seriously assaulted with lies fed to the media.

It's only a matter of time before a few people are killed when the police get out of control..perhaps even children. That's when politician and authorities risk citizens going on the rampage.

It must be over 25 years ago that a young man was shot about 8 times whilst driving through Earls Court by officers convinced he was an escaped prisoner they were after. The outcry was tremendous..then there were politicians in all parties who demanded heads on the block.

The young guy who amazingly survived was given millions of pounds in settllement. Excuses the police tried to give were seized upon by politicians and the man's lawyer as contemptible. The police were crushed in the outrage..officers dismissed, demoted-the lot.

The police have learnt nothing and current politicians are simply gutless fools.

Let us not forget the young barrister who was shot by the same CO19 squad when he went off his head.....which is still subject to a civil case against the Police.

There methods are the methods that in the UK especially smack of the Police State and I totally agree with you that whilst they continue to make excuses and hide from the facts the Police are alienating the public on a daily basis.

I am sure it is putting off anyone decent joining the Police as well.......it is a lose lose situation.

Firm action over the G20 may have restored confidence after the Blair Fiasco about De Menezes - but it has shown that the Police actually have not learnt any lessons and are repeating the same mistakes for which they were convicted under Health and Safety Laws ( joke ) re De Menezes.
