Seems that everyone thinks this man has done nothing wrong - caught in a situation where he was asked to apply urgent medical cream by a hospital to a child thinking it was part of his job and certainly a non sexual act.

We now have the situation where NURSERY NURSES ( of all sexes ) and INFANT TEACHERS will have major problems with pupils who are disabled or who have toileting problems.

By just doing what teachers have always done they now can find themselves jailed for two years or more - and hauled through the courts.

As the statement says - this puts the whole teaching profession in jeapardy.

What we may have to see in future is a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL full time based at all childcare facilities including schools for under 8s who is responsible for all these things - to release the teachers from any chance of being accused of anything. In addition teachers now will refuse to carry out any medical care at all - which will lead to pain and possible death to many children.

Our society has gone mad.

The fact that the jury could not convict unanimously ( I would have found him guilty because he admitted he applied the cream ) and that the court and the Union dont agree and neither do the teacher AT the school - the ONLY PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO PROSECUTE WERE THE POLICE.

This is a POLICE STATE where ordinary caring people are now being labelled SEX OFFENDERS for just WORKING with children.

This is a total scandal.

Why does the GOVERNMENT or OPPOSITION not intervene in this case and this man ( Like all the LABOUR FRAUDSTER MPS ) should not go to jail pending his appeal.

I've never expected much from politicians-I've always been wary of authority and most particularly the police-never trusted them, never would.

I've kept a running battle up with 9 now..not one will respond. They change the subject-they will not address it-they will not offer an opinion either way-they ignore it and eventually after about the 10th email they put you on ignore.

Planned for weeks by pissed of TV crews who have it in for Murdoch-because he's had it in for them for years badgering various Oz governments to quit funding the 2 highly popular Oz public TV stations. Dozens knew it was planned except the plonkers at News Ltd.

Now Murdoch's he's got his sights on Brown & the BBC.All Brown has to do is call his bluff.

It's oh so nice watching an evil empire crumble before your eyes.

Who in their right mind would want to teach any more? Schools will have to make do with all the dregs who are incapable of finding any other graduate employment, assuming even they are stupid enough to put their reputations and liberty on the line. This is highly disturbing, particularly considering what a rapidly dumbing down country this already is.

The British judicial system has moved from unreliable to unfair and has now settled for insane. I would go on but words fail me.

The crazy thing is that "OTHER STAFF WERE PRESENT" at the time of the alleged offences.

Um.....so why are they not facing court ?

The more I read this story the angrier I get that REAL PAEDOPHILES like the man who raped my step-daughter use their friends in the POLICE to escaper justice - and innocent people like this end up being jailed for doing their job.

We are in a time of WITCH HUNTS - and still the HARRINGEY COUNCIL cant protect children like BABY P according to the latest report..........

So why are they spending OUR TAX money chasing innocent teacher who were doing their job - rather than protecting REAL CHILDREN IN REAL NEED who are being abused RIGHT NOW under their noses in Harringay and Bradford etc etc.

We are letting the CHILDREN ON THE UK down massively with this Nazi attitude.

Our society is very sick. But the PEOPLE have had enough of all this - reading around loads of sites the general public have had enough of all this rubbish from Gordon Brown and his Police state and the tabloid media of the UK.

I'm glad I've never worked with children or wanted to.

But what society is doing is an absolute disgraceful- It's a full on witch-hunt. Read these minutes from the House of Commons on the dreadful cases of trawling which despite recomendations is a bogus police method, still happens.

Here is Oz police are outrageously doing just that with newspapers adverts requesting "victims" to come forward after just one case of alleged assault at an expensive private school. It's now rocketed into several teachers and dozens of case going back decades. Police even gave press conference and managed to get in the fact compensation was available:

Obviously you dont know anyone who has worked in a school.

One school nurse is not enough - staff in infant schools - especially Head Teachers have to help out with medical emergencies. Quite often with kids that age you can have several all occurring at once.

This HEAD had other members of staff present when he applied cream and changed these children.

If it is a crime to "change" a child that has soiled itself or wet itself : then what we will see is children sitting in their own toileting for up to 6 hours. Is that really fair ?

The guidelines no doubt will be changed - and I expect in future only female staff can change girls and vice versa. Of course this actually then leads to even more allegations of "gayness" as well.......

We now have PARENTS BEING BANNED FROM SPORTS DAY because they might be infiltrated by PAEDOPHILES !!!

Seriously the UK has gone mad.

The COUNCIL spokesman has said : No adults should be let near an unsupervised child. That is its policy.

The saddest thing is that while they make these rules and demonise INNOCENT people - the REAL ABUSERS are having a great time because of the shortage of decent Social Workers and Police who refuse to intervene in real cases of abuse because of lack of evidence ( !!)

We now live in a Police State where we are all GUILTY unless we can mouth PC WORDS OF SUPPORT OF OUR STATE.

If we dare question Government policy then we are a TARGET for these people who then seek to discredit us. This is happening in the USA and Commonwealth as well I believe.

My brother is a physics and chemistry teacher at a secondary school. His wife is a primary school teacher. Both of them state that the schools have medical staff who deal with injuries to kids and not on any occasion ever, has a head teacher or any teacher been asked to attend to injuries.

I don't know which planet you live on but schools do not tend to have multiple medical emergencies happening at once and none of the occasions in this case were medical emergencies.
